Strawberry Bread
Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 cups sugar
3 eggs beaten
1 cup vegetable oil
2 10 once packages frozen sliced strawberries (thawed)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Combine all dry ingredients and mix well.
- Combine oil, eggs and strawberries with dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pour batter into greased and floured 9x5x3 loaf pans (2 needed).
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until wooden toothpick comes out clean.
Note: Can freeze cooked bread up to six months if well wrapped.
