Sybil Ann Carey

Sybil Ann Carey, 69, of Columbus, Ohio, went home to join her loved ones, on Sunday, March 22, 2015. She was born on December 17, 1945 to Thelma (Cornute) and Lorenzo Pleasant in Huntington, West Virginia. Sybil is preceded in death by her parents, husband Alfonza Carey and brother William Richard (Pee-Wee) Pleasant.

She is survived by her son, Shawn (Stacey) Carey Sr.; grandchildren, Fantasia Dixon, Itika, Makaii and Shawn Carey Jr.; sisters, Mary (Charles), Connie and Donnis Pleasant; brothers, Roland (Carol), Arthur (Gail), Thurman (Vera) and Herman (Sarah) Pleasant; nieces, nephews and extended family.
